INTRODUCTION
The goal for the app was to create a simple, streamlined experience that would reduce the complexity and stress of trip planning for customers. It can be overwhelming to organize a Disney vacation yourself on top of your everyday responsibilities. Disney wanted a simple prototype they could use as a reference when making development plans.

How might we enhance the visitor experience at the parks by redesigning the Disney app?
Design
Home page
The first page has been rearranged to include buttons for ticketing, operating hours, and fast pass, which are frequently used by users. The first page has been reorganized to include buttons for purchasing tickets, hours of operation, and fastpasses.
Users often have trouble choosing which item to play because there are too many, so the Hot Events and Recommended Items modules have been added to help users make better choices.
Reorganize map page
The list function has been moved to the upper right corner and the search button to the upper center, making the map area more clear and intuitive, and the list function and search button more visible.
Profile
My Page has been added to make it easier for users to find personal and ticket information.
Friend cycle have been added, allowing users to share pictures and texts in the park, increasing the number of interactions between users. This increases interaction between users.
BREAKDOWN OF THE PROBLEM
